RANGE OF MOTION
Below are some examples to follow when doing range of motion. When doing the stretches with your student make sure to hold the stretch for 5 seconds when you have reached a point where the student can not stretch any further.

Upper Extremity Range of Motion
This video shows how to perform range of motion exercises on someone else. Some of our students have more complex range of motion needs due to stiffness, so pay attention not to stretch too far in order to keep your student safe.
